Tailgate Delivery Details
All deliveries are tailgate. This means that you will be
responsible for moving your product from the tailgate of the truck
to its desired location in your building. Please make sure that you
have adequate personnel to unload safely. Delivery drivers do not
have the ability to dispose of wrapping/packing materials. Each
delivery has different methods of shipping based on the
manufacturers shipping methods. We will advise you of shipping
details when you place your order. |

When your shipment arrives, make sure to
inspect all products. If there is damage, please call us at
1-866-750-8772 while the driver is
still on-site. make sure to note all damage on the bill of
lading. Make sure the driver signs the BOL and get a copy from the
driver. We will not be responsible for unsigned BOL or undelivered
you must retain copy. Under no circumstance driver should deny you
copy of bol and documents. If damage is extensive, pictures of will
be required. When you contact us, we will get any damaged pieces
replaced right away if we have ran out of stock availability you
might have to wait for product to be available. responsibility of
damage product replacement will be split 50/50 you pay for shipping
expenses and we will replace chair in full for no extra charge. BOL
copy will be required to be fax to 1-787-756-7404 or
that you send us some pictures via email at churchchairstogo@hotmail.com
sorry for any inconvenience , we must have necessary documentation
to recover the damage costs.
